Packages should be organized hierarchically

OSF nodes follow a hierarchy. This should be reflected in the package structure and/or the ReM in the form of ldp:contains relationships.

Looks like that can be done in osf-package-provider/org.dataconservancy.cos.packaging.OsfContentProvider#getIpmModel(), maybe. At least, the ipm can be given the right h'archy there. If ldp:contains is added implicitly by the packager, then all that needs to be done is add the right children to the right parents in the IPM
