Rotted link on GeoTIFF Primer redirect request

Hi folks!
In reference to the GeoTIFF primer:
In the "Additional Resources" section is a link to the EPSG Codes intended to go to http://www.epsg-registry.org/
This link is no longer active as EPSG has reorganized their site: https://epsg.org/home.html
I would appreciate it, please, if you could either:

1. go to the current site and locate the resource and update the link; and/or
2. change the phrase "EPSG Codes" to the exact proper name used for that resource at the EPSG site, so that users can search for it with the proper title.
