Insensitive simpleMenuWidget causes application hang

If a simpleMenuWidget is insensitive, the menu popup appears when the menu button is clicked, but the application is then in a lockup state.  The menu has a grab and it cannot pop down.

Same bug exists in Xaw and Xaw3d.
