Missing Instructions

There are still some unimplemented instructions:

- `CLR` --- Clear Register
- `LDS_WIDE` --- Load direct from data space
- `STS_DATA` --- Store direct to data space
- `TST` --- Test for Zero or Minus

There maybe some issues with decoding these instructions?
