Broader support and updates via github

[Deathdadev]

This project is many focused on windows, and lacks support for linux and mac systems in some ways. It would be awesome if the project could have some of it's code reworked so that it better supports all systems.

Please also add a git action to build the newest release, and also add an in-app updater for pinokio manager itself, which gets the latest update from github releases

Provide instructions on how to create the git actions workflow if you cant generate it
