API breaks netty

Just making sure

• I made sure, this bug is not already known or reported.
• I believe, that this bug is fixable.

Reproduction

1. Install DecentHolograms...
2. Use DHAPI#moveHologram with ~50-60 times per tick
3. Ping will go higher and server hangs due to DHAPI#moveHologram method

idk but it was better before (which version I don't know but I believe around 2.9)

Calling it 60 times per tick seems a bit excessive. You didn't share the code you are using, but I assume you are just calling it from the main thread? You can call this asynchronously, at least. But I don't think there is much else we can do. You are probably sending thousands of packets per second, that's just going to have an impact.

I'm binding moveHologram to entities but this wasn't affecting performance on version 2.8(roughly). I can share snippet but since its Skript you might not familiar to the code.
