Setting permission to view a hologram to false doesnt hide the hologram after the update-interval

Just making sure

• I made sure, this bug is not already known or reported.
• I believe, that this bug is fixable.

Reproduction

1. Install DH 2.9.9 on Spigot 1.21.1
2. Setup a hologram where a line has a permission. e.g. holo.x
3. grant permission to player. Holo is shown.
4. remove/unset permission from player. Holo is still showing up after the update-interval

The holo should disappear after the update tick if the permission is unset. it only disappears when relogging

Solution

updateTick doesnt check the permission to view again
