Assemble with Hifiasm-ont #62

Description

@Johnsonzcode

Dear developer
thank you for your talented work.
I am using ratatosk to correct with short paired reads and HiFi reads. the output fastq was given to hifiasm-ont, the result is quite fragment, I check the quality of ont reads, which shows that the base quality is set according the quality of corrections. hifiasm rely on the informative sites, which is selected by Q <10. I am using ratatosk with -Q 40.
So the question is what is the best way to get a quite good assembly with corrected ont? or can we get a quite real base quality instead of estimated base quality?
