Hello! First off, thank you for making this public! There's another Stellina owner that's taken a stab at this process in a slightly different way, but it's not hosted on github so folks can't contribute to it.
He was inspired by Pauls code here and integrated a BayerConvert process so that (before processing in DSS or Siril) the FITs files are all the same pattern (BGGR). Would you be interested in incorporating that kind of feature into your project?
Quick edit: I just saw that you posted a wonderful walkthrough of your process and I'm looking forward to watching it. Maybe it isn't necessary to have a bayer convert process when you use APP?
