Description
SOCBench needs a CONTRIBUTING.md at the repo root to guide community contributors. Should cover:
- How to run the detection harness locally against the 1,205 shared eval units.
- Submission format for adding a new system to the leaderboard (schema, required fields, raw outputs vs. rescored).
- PR workflow: where to put submission files, what CI validates, expected review turnaround.
- Coding conventions for harness changes (naming: {capability}-harness, no em/en dashes in docs, etc.).
- Code of conduct link and how to report issues.
