How to get a new char_reg.h5 through training new data ? And the new data is Chinese license plate with double lines.

char_reg.h5 this file is the stored model for individual character recognition. The same model can be built for Chinese using a Chinese alphabet dataset and the code in train_detect.py.

For double-lines, we need to change the approach of plate detection a bit.
We are working on it. As soon as it is done, it will be uploaded.

Feel free to ask for any help in training the model for Chinese dataset.

The error was "the system cannot find path specified: 'Train'.
