A change in land cover (vegetation) of grid cells will result in a change of model parameters that are related to vegetation. If you did setup a wflow model with hydrom_wflow you are probably making use of cyclic You could also check the mapping of model parameters to land cover in hydromt_wflow, that may help. Additionally, work has been done on a tool to convert land cover changes to model parameters. I think this is work in progress, you could ask about the status in hydromt_wflow. You probably know this, as rivers are modeled in 1D, which grid cells to change depends on the spatial coverage of a river. |

Hi, I would like to add trees along both sides of a river in my model. I am working with staticmaps.nc and I’m not sure which variable values need to be changed or updated to achieve this.
Are there any additional steps I need to follow (e.g., re-running hydromt)?
Any guidance or examples would be very helpful.
Thanks!
