QR code scanner integration for the mobile module

Summary

Mobile module has a QR scanner button but it is just a placeholder, integration of a proper QR code scanner will help to scan and quickly access links and QR codes

Tasks

• Remove the placeholder code for QR code scanner
• Implement a proper working QR code scanner which takes the user to the scanned links
• make sure after scanning the links/QR code info is saved in contacts

Acceptance Criteria

• Working QR code scanner
• all tests passed and linting passes
