Summary

Informative web platform should be deployed, which will contain just the landing page, which links to mobile app install and about onboarding contrbutors and other relative informations.

Acceptance Criteria

• Clear flow for contributors to get land on the community and the GitHub repo
• Clear flow for users to get to know about devcard and to install the app
• Tests added
• docs updated
