allows user to link their personal accounts with dev card to share with others

• Remove the current placeholder for platform linking in the profile section
• add dynamic adding and removing account with confirmation
• make sure the added linked account persist on the account
• [critical] make sure the info/account linking is secure and does expose any public points risking the user's info
