Description
This is the final Pull Request (PR #10) of the Epic 10-PR Master Strategy! It optimizes performance, implements staggered entrance animations across all 14 dashboard sections, adds micro-interaction transitions on hover, and refines responsiveness for mobile/tablet resolutions.
🛠️ Implemented Polish Elements
fadeInUpkeyframe animations to stagger the render loads of all 14 panels sequentially on initial dashboard load.will-change) and glowing borders when hovered.
