DMCA Takedown Policy for GravityOS

Last Updated: March 10, 2026

GravityOS respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This policy outlines our procedure for handling copyright infringement claims in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).

1. Reporting Infringement

If you are a copyright owner (or an authorized agent) and believe that content accessible through the GravityOS proxy service infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a formal notification pursuant to the DMCA by providing our Designated Agent with the following information in writing:

  • Identification of the Copyrighted Work: A description of the work you claim has been infringed.

  • ** Identification of the Material:** Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., the specific URL/link being accessed through the proxy).

  • Your Contact Information: Your physical or electronic signature, address, telephone number, and email address.

  • A Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  • An Accuracy Statement: A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notification is accurate and that you are the owner (or authorized to act on behalf of the owner) of the copyright.

2. Designated Agent

Please send all DMCA takedown notices to our designated contact:

  1. Counter-Notification
  • If you believe that your content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must contain:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if outside the US, for any judicial district in which the service provider may be found).

4. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, it is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the access of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
