As a visitor, I want to see highlighted campaigns so that I can quickly discover causes to support.
Acceptance Criteria:

• Grid of 6 featured campaign cards
• Each card: title, image, description snippet, progress bar, donor count
• "View All" CTA links to /campaigns
• Campaigns fetched from backend with React Query
