Bug Report: Streva Assistant Chatbot Not Responding to User Queries

Title

Streva Assistant chatbot is unable to provide relevant responses and behaves as a static assistant

Description

The chatbot available on the Marketplace page is not functioning as an interactive AI assistant. It only returns predefined/static responses and fails to answer user queries accurately.

For example, when asked "What is Streva", the assistant responds with a generic message instead of providing information about the platform. This limits usability and creates a poor user experience.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open the Marketplace page.
2. Click on the Streva Assistant chatbot.
3. Enter a query such as "What is Streva" or any custom question.
4. Submit the message.

Expected Behavior

• The assistant should understand user queries.
• It should provide relevant and contextual responses about the platform, products, stores, and available features.
• Responses should be dynamic rather than hardcoded.

Actual Behavior

• The chatbot returns generic/static responses.
• User queries are not properly processed.
• The assistant does not provide meaningful information related to the question asked.

Impact

• Reduces user engagement.
• Creates confusion regarding platform features.
• Makes the chatbot ineffective as a support/help assistant.

Possible Cause

• Hardcoded chatbot responses.
• Missing backend/API integration for query processing.
• No intent recognition or dynamic response generation.

Suggested Fix

• Integrate the chatbot with a backend service or AI API.
• Implement dynamic query handling.
• Add platform-specific knowledge so users can receive accurate information about Streva features and services.
