Brand New VA Call Request Name still editable on the following page

Brand New VA Call Request Name still editable on the following page

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Go to Calls
2. Click on 'Brand New VA Call'
3. Click on 'Create new Request'

What's the expected result?

• New VA Call request name to be fixed/ not editable after it is inserted and saved on the "Request Name Page" (separate page)

What's the actual result?

• I get re-directed to the following page with more fields, which among other have that "Request Name" field from the previous page. I can edit it again. So i dont' see the point of the previous page.
