npm package ownership

Thanks for approving the pull request.
I had a chat with @mefellows and realised that the pactjs0 was a spike for Dius that you may not wish develop further.

We at Seek are quite happy to develop the provider side pacts and would continue development on the Seek fork of the project.
Is it possible for you to give ownership of the npm package for the project to us so that @davidduffett and I can make npm releases?

@jeffcann is the owner of the npm package. I'll see if I can get him to add you as a collaborator. Otherwise, just publish it under a different package name.
