Fix test error due to latest `setuptools`

This looks to have morphed into a different error but it's probably the same sort of thing https://github.com/DiamondLightSource/mx-bluesky/actions/runs/13945441008/job/39304411064, I will look now

Fix is at soft-matter/pims#463. I suggest we wait a few hours and see if it gets merged quickly
