Is their a way to achieve something like When I suspend the laptop the timer stops ?

The app is what I was looking for as I hated pomodoro technique and now this works great and also looks amazing their is just one thing that sometimes I forget that their is a timer running and I put the laptop to sleep and then the timer runs of indefinitely. Their should be a way to prevent this as when the laptop is suspended the app also stops
