Issues not resolved

I mistakenly downloaded Windows 10, then reverted back to 8.1
Yesterday, I used Tweaking Utility; some issues were not resolved.
The Task Scheduler doesn't work.

I ran Repair Tasks as directed, no errors were resolved.
I ran Repair Tasks again, no errors were resolved.

I've included a screen capture to help diagnose the issue.

The most likely scenario is to perform a complete System Restore from the laptop CD.

ADDENDUM: If it would help, I can send the Log File from Tweaking Utility to show what errors occurred and were unresolved.

The RacTask should be repairable using ‘Windows 8.1 Tasks.zip’, as described in the walk-through and towards the bottom of the Documentation page.

The Office task I don’t know about, but it looks as though you could safely unplug it, on the basis that ClickToRun is unlikely to be a critical function.

The remaining tasks seem to come from some non-Microsoft software to do with optimising the start menu. Again, I suspect that these can be safely unplugged.

All this leaves me wondering why backup doesn’t work. Doesn’t seem to be any task related problem that would stop it doing so. What error do you get?

By the way, problems of this sort are best handled as Discussions, as I don’t seem to get notified of changes to issues, and so I only came across this by chance.
