Add clearsign ability

In keyboard after composing a message, the option exists to select the Tessercube icon in top right corner, choose recipient, and press "Encrypt". It would be useful to also have the ability to NOT select a recipient; instead pressing the icon and then pressing "Encrypt" without choosing a recipient. This would simplify clearsigning of messages greatly.
