Crash on Cutechess

When SyzygyPath or EvalFile is not set, cutechess sends setoption name SyzygyPath value to smallbrain, causing the program to crash. This issue was reported by lordlouckster on Discord.

The GUI in question finds the need to send ALL defaults for UCI options ( excluding UCI_ ) ones. Encountered this exact problem with some users of Ethereal during a previous release.

For Syzygy, is the preferred thing for Fathom/Pyrrhic to no-op.
