When using this mod, I attempted to go back to Main Menu, but the button for it had disappeared.
I do use other mods, but after turning off this one, the button reappeared so I'm pretty sure it was indeed this.
I then turned on just DVSettings (turning off DVHistory) which fixed the problem, so I'm assuming the problem is in DVHistory)
I am using the current latest version (v2.2)
