Description
When trying to upload files larger than 20 MB, the file is added to the database but is not uploaded.
This should be the program's main feature, but alas... (the worker was granted all permissions in the channel except adding new users).
At one point, the service stopped loading even small files. After a restart, everything returned to normal, except for the misleading storage information. Also worth noting is the rather strange file loading behavior (7 loaded, 4 in Telegram, but actually 3).
на мой взгляд добавление статуса загрузки документов поможет понять на каком этапе сейчас находится файл. Хотя бы на уровне логов программмы это надо добавить
