Right now we only record/display confirmed pulses. If a pulse set is confirmed, then that also should confirm the previously transmitted unconfirmed (but detected) pulses. The detectors could hold on to pulses and retransmit the previous pulses, but this seems like a job for the TagTracker app. It should hold on to unconfirmed pulses until the next groups is received. If the next pulse group comes down as ‘confirmed’ the previous group should be recorded and displayed as confirmed pulses.
