Description
The Arcane Transmutation Tablet interface incorrectly layers some text (item quantities being the most obvious example) on top of tooltips.

Reproduction Steps
Install ProjectE and Project Expansion (I tested with only these two mods installed)
Open Arcane Transmutation Tablet
Note the issue as depicted in the attached screenshot
(I tried with and without F3+H, and also tried messing with the accessibility settings like "Menu Blur" and "Text Opacity")
Crash Report/Logs
