Generalize all visual handling of wet/mess prims and plastic pants

Multiple seperate issues are basically just edge cases being coded specifically for, when what really needs to be done is to combine their requests into something generic that handles things in a more general manner. That way we're simply editing notecards not changing scripts, which makes things easier for the end user to configure.
