Setting Migration between versions

Currently people lose their settings every time a diaper is upgraded to. A single script dropped into an old diaper that can communicate with a worn diaper all previous settings would prove very useful. For simplicitiy's sake, the script should be the same as the script inside the next release's diaper. That way all someone needs to do is copy the script out of the new diaper, rez an old diaper, and copy the script into the old diaper and settings will be merged over.

Once the script is written, upon recieving a new diaper all a person should need to do at that point is wear the new diaper and rez the old one and settings will be merged.

Things I would like settings migration to handle include...
-prim color migration
-prim size migration
-all carers and settings, with perhaps a sanity attempt at merging older versions of data (If I can recall those!)
-Carer and setting cleanup, in case there's bad data for these fields

Separating the memory core from the diaper should help mitigate the amount of migration that needs to be done between versions at least. Now I can focus more on ensuring each prim has the same size and location from previous versions, save prims that weren't there in previous versions (say, bewteen a version before plastic pants).
