Stops encoding after a while

Hey! I've been eyeing this project and while testing it I can't get more than a few minutes at 800x600 @ 30fps without the program.. stopping.

It doesn't crash or finish, it just stops outputting data. 6 consecutive tests stopped exactly at 5:52 after 35.2Mb, the next one was 77.4MiB in 8 minutes, then stopped.

I'm measuring this by recording the output. I remove the check with numframes < 99999999 just in case but no dice.

Thanks for trying out the project David. I'll be honest, it's very much a proof of concept and I haven't maintained it for a while but I do want to go back and improve it. It does appear to have some robustness issues so I will try to investigate what the cause is if I can find some time. Out of interest do you have a specific use for this project in mind?

I currently livestream some content (think slides/presentations) along with the camera and audio. This software is great, and I'm surprised because there's no other implementation of this. I know there's dispmanx_vnc so you can grab the framebuffer / layer data, and there are multiple raw=>h264 implementations in hardware but this is the first project I see that does both.

I have an 88MB (2MB gzipped) strace log that ends within a few seconds of the program getting bugged, but I didn't see anything weird there.
