Implementing an optional condensed version of hierarchy

Currently, make_taxonomicCoverage outputs a fully expanded hierarchy which ends up in the EML (see Taxonomic Coverage section in this example)

An alternative is a condensed/nested hierarchy which could be elected by the user (see Taxonomic Coverage section in this example)
