This issue focuses on implementing Contract: Decentralized Identity (DID) Resolver on Soroban to enhance the EventHorizon platform's identity capabilities.

Background

As the protocol scales, we need robust solutions for identity to ensure high availability, security, and a seamless developer experience for the Stellar Soroban ecosystem.

Technical Requirements

• Implement a DID registry compliant with W3C standards.
• Allow event-based identity verification updates.
• Support resolution of DID documents on-chain.

Acceptance Criteria

• Feature implemented according to requirements.
• Unit and integration tests added and passing.
