Background

As the protocol scales, we need robust solutions for rwa to ensure high availability, security, and a seamless developer experience for the Stellar Soroban ecosystem.

Technical Requirements

• Vault contract to hold and fractionalize physical asset tokens.
• Emittance of RWA status and valuation change events.
• Compliance hooks for transfer restrictions.
