Timeout Alarm Actions (sound & balloon) Occur at RECONNECTION not at the time of LOSS #24
I've always wondered why I never knew when I'd lost a connection, I can see now that icon goes red to indicate ping timeouts but no sound or balloon, these and "connection resume" actions all occur at once on reconnection. Windows 11 and app v0.9.9
