[LTM] Update terrain map for South India addition

Currently, it's 100% jungle visually (though SWMH has worked around it somewhat by manually specifying terrain in province history, it's still a visual problem). It most definitely is not 100% jungle in reality, and it should be recolored appropriately.

I can't assign to Kotten here, so I'm going to assign to myself and @ese-khan to see that this gets done.
