S-1 stack burst polarisations

First, many thanks for making this code available. I mostly work with S-1 burst data, and I wanted to ask if you have plans to include a function to stack the polarisations for burst data, e.g., to have IW SAFE files with both VV and VH. Thanks!

Hi, sorry if it wasn't clear. I meant to have SAFE files with a structure like this burst file obtained from ASF with their burst2stack package
