If H.265 works there, report back and I'll see if I can fix.
If it also lacks H.265, tbh idk where you'd even report it, I'll send him a message about it.

I tested https://o.rthost.win/basilisk/basilisk52-g4.8.win32-git-20260117-3219d2d-uxp-aace8fa8c0-xpmod.7z under Windows XP SP3, same result:

there is no infra in platform code to support HEVC in UXP.

Indeed, Pale Moon and Basilisk also do not include the H.265 and H.266 codecs.
