Subject: [PATCH] Fix CandidateServiceFixture: mock
 IEditionService.GetCandidates

The fallback path in GetDbCandidatesByAuthor also calls
_editionService.GetCandidates(), which needs to be mocked to avoid
a NullReferenceException on the unmocked return value.
