Issue Nuts3

Hi,

I have been able to install, create my folders and download pbf from openstreetmap.

I am a bit lost with the NUTS3_Shape, would it be possible to point me in the right direction? Where can I get it? (error attached)

Other question is regarding the analysis, what are the steps to perform an analysis? Do you have any code available to share or tutorial?
