Being charged without approval

My CC continues to be charged when I didn't agree for more than a 30 day trial and no where in the app:

Are options to cancel payment. This is illegal and all charges will be disputed.

Please send your email to hello@tradenote.co so I can cancel your subscription and make necessary refund.

Also please note there is nothing like a 30 day trial. There is a 7 day trial of the app, above which you need to pay. Moreover, In the payment email there is information how to cancel your subscription.

No, the issue at hand is that there's no where to cancel the membership, adjust credit card info, and the CC number isn't being charged but the digital ID. The bank has issued a full refund and revoked the digital ID.
