moveit simulation failed

Hello , first Thanks for your ROS resources
When I was running the simulation mode at readme2.3 , moveit is planing well but failed running execution . I dont know how to solve it . Can you help me ?

readme 2.3 is using in real robot ，in 2.1 Virtual Mode can you test plan and execute or just click Plan&Exexute button to test whether can run suceess
