Doesn't seem to work with opus on noble?

I'm using GlassCoder with opus on jammy and it works okay, but when switching to noble, the icecast server just does not stream anything at all.

I thought I'd give it a bit more debugging time, and I just can't get it to work. I don't know what's wrong, but it seems work okay on jammy with the same config.
