Add Blur Option for Thumbnails

Instead of replacing thumbnails, give the user an option to blur() them. Controlled via the popup UI toggle.

Created a pull request for this. I'm not particularly familiar with chrome extensions but I know my way around JavaScript. Hope my contribution is of use to you despite it being rather basic.
