[BUG] Inconsistent Rich Embeds

Bug Description

Rich Embed behaviour is inconsistent and buggy, when Rich Embeds are enabled from the dashboard they work only for videos and nothing else, when they are disabled however videos don’t display at all via their share link unless shared via tha raw endpoint🤔

I used Http in the second link here^^ to bypass Discord's stupid cache

Reopening this issues as there is a known bug within our meta handling that causes Discord not to render videos correctly when sharing them without the /raw endpoint.

Other pain points

• Shared videos will not play or load on mobile devices
• This issue only seems to affect mobile users and does not care about rich embed state.
