[Suggestion] Add Config for Plushie LootTable modifier

Just a small feature suggestion:
Plushie LootTable modification is currently hardcoded into the mod. It would be great to have a config variable there to disable it.

Alternative: remove Plushie LootTable modification from code and add it through data pack. :)
