[Suggestion] Add Config to Disable Enchants #63

Clearly describe what you would like to be added/changed here:
I would like a way to disable the enchants as we are building a pack that is vanilla+ and trying to mitigate all enchants and keep only vanilla enchants. I have tried other mods to remove it but they seem to cause crashes on our server so I would love to have a way to disable them.
Note: I am on Fabric 1.20.1 Version of Clutter(0-1)-0.6.0
