Subject: [PATCH] chore(renovate): hold Node runtime majors for the Eir gate

The Renovate standard holds every major for the Eir agent-gate (tier 3), but
the preset only labelled npm, pip and docker majors, so a node-version major
auto-merged: homelab-stacks#1759 moved two workflows to Node 26, which no
longer ships corepack, and every Eir agent task failed. Node runtime majors
(node-version datasource: workflows, .nvmrc, engines) now carry
gate:renovate-major and never auto-merge.
